MailAutomation is a Windows desktop application by MMS Design that turns a busy Gmail mailbox into a managed work queue. It connects securely to your own Gmail account and helps you process, organise, schedule and answer mail faster — while every email stays exactly where it always was: in your Gmail account and on your own computer.

What it does

Workflow inbox — sort incoming mail into To Do, Waiting, To Pay, Done and other workflow states using ordinary Gmail labels you can see (and remove) in Gmail itself.
Rules — automatic and one-click rules for repetitive mail: label it, file it, save its attachments to the right folder, mark it handled.
Send Later and reminders — schedule outgoing mail and get follow-up reminders, even while the app runs quietly in the background.
Compose assistance — templates, signatures, stationery, and optional AI-assisted drafting and translation (English/Afrikaans) using your own AI provider account.
Attachment handling — preview, save and forward attachments with folder rules that remember where each client's documents belong.

Built on trust

MailAutomation never deletes, rewrites or hides your mail. It manages what is already in Gmail using visible labels — undo everything by simply removing the labels.
Sign-in happens in your own browser with Google. MailAutomation never sees your password. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account security page.
Your mail data is stored only on your own computer — MMS Design operates no mail servers and cannot read your email.
No advertising, no analytics, no tracking.
